Massage Therapy

Therapeutic bodywork that complements chiropractic care and accelerates recovery.

Massage Therapy
Chapter I · Overview

Massage Therapy.

Massage therapy and chiropractic care work together beautifully. While adjustments restore alignment to the skeletal system, therapeutic massage releases the muscular tension that pulls the body back out of balance.

Our licensed massage therapists tailor every session — from deep tissue and trigger-point work to gentle relaxation — to the goals you and your doctor have set.

Chapter II · Benefits

What you can expect to gain.

01

Faster recovery

Bodywork between adjustments helps corrections hold longer and tissues heal faster.

02

Reduced tension

Chronic tightness in shoulders, neck and lower back is released layer by layer.

03

Improved circulation

Increased blood flow nourishes tissue and helps flush metabolic waste.

04

Better range of motion

Mobility returns to muscles and joints that have been guarded for years.

05

Lowered stress

Massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's rest and repair mode.

06

Stronger immune response

Studies show regular massage supports lymphatic flow and immune resilience.

What to expect
Chapter V · What to Expect

Your visit.

Sessions take place in a warm, quiet treatment room with soft lighting and calming music.

You are always in control of pressure and focus areas — communication is invited throughout.

Most patients leave feeling lighter, taller and noticeably more relaxed.

Chapter VI · Techniques

The methods we use.

Each technique is chosen for the right patient at the right time — never one-size-fits-all.

01

Swedish massage

Long, flowing strokes that promote relaxation and circulation.

02

Deep tissue

Slow, sustained pressure into deeper muscle layers for chronic tension.

03

Trigger point

Targeted release of the hyper-irritable knots that refer pain elsewhere.

04

Myofascial release

Gentle, sustained stretch of the connective tissue that wraps every muscle.

Will I be sore after?

Absolutely — many patients book both on the same day for maximum benefit.
